General Contracting
ANCC general contractor is a manager, and possibly a tradesman, employed by the client on the advice of the architect, engineer or the client him/herself if acting as the manager. ANCC is responsible for the overall coordination of a project. ANCC must first assess the project-specific documents (referred to as bid, proposal or tender documents). In the case of renovations, a site visit is required to get a better understanding of the project. Depending on the project delivery method, the contractor will submit a fixed price proposal or bid, cost plus price or an estimate.
Fabrication
ANCC has state of the art Manufacturing Facility to cater the equipment manufacturing/fabrication requirements of the Kingdom. The facility situated in Jubail Industrial Zone #3 with having working area of 21,000 M2.
Construction and Project Management
From initial planning and design coordination to procurement, construction, and final handover, our experienced project managers and engineers work closely with clients to safeguard objectives and deliver measurable value.
